You can pack your products with Proseal automatic tray sealing machines at high speed. You can extend the shelf life of your products by tray sealing or with vacuum, vacuum / gas or just gas. The ‘s’ and ‘e’ range have been designed to never limit the user within a given category. To that end the ‘s’ machine caters for high throughput applications typically found in produce, ready meals, and MAP applications. Whereas the ‘e’ range provides the solution that suits all rigid packaging available on the market today and is aligned with our market development program.
The AP60 provides the flexibility required by food producers looking for a fully automated turnkey production line. The customer can specify the length and width of the indexing conveyor to accommodate their tray de-nesting and filling requirements.
Existing equipment is available to test the ‘burst strength’ of a seal by using the limits of pressure or weight it may support, however, until now, there has been no single piece of equipment developed to measure the ‘peelability’ of a sealed tray. Our new piece of equipment, ProTest, is able to do just that: analyse, record and report the force required to peel a lid from a tray, enabling the user to determine if the seal strength is suitable for the product’s life-cycle.
