Case Erecting and Bag Placing
Bagging machine EasyPlast has three great benefits. It is easy to operate, it works 24-hours non-stop (so no production stop) and it is fast: the bagging machine can handle up to 25 boxes, crates or buckets per minute. A quick size change-over is possible and you can add and adjust recipes for each box size. The very compact design is available in a left- or righthanded version.
We would like to explain to you how case erector CombiPlast works. The plano is taken from the plano store at long and short side with vacuum cups, positioned on a two-sided frame. This frame guarantees a fully square folding without friction between vacuum cup and plano. While the box is in the squared position the bottom flaps are mechanically folded. After this two side conveyors transport the box towards the bag inserting position where the bottom flaps are taped as well.
Bag Sealing
The VarioSeal guarantees a continuous operation – there is no change over time. The very compact design is available in a left- or righthanded version. There is an on-screen HD visualisation of warnings and possible machine functions. The bag sealer machine operates stand-alone as well as in any automatic production line.
At the infeed of the VarioSeal the box (or your product carrier) is centered to ensure its position. Optionally the weight of the box is checked in this step. Rejected boxes are ejected onto an error conveyor. The box is then lifted towards the seal unit. Here two vacuum cups pick up the bag on the short sides of the box. The box is now moved downwards to release the bag from the box flaps. Two spreading fingers and a vacuum nozzle are placed in the bag. The spreading fingers take over the bag from the vacuum cups and spread it. A light vacuum to prevent balloon forming is applied on the bag in this step. After that, the bag will be sealed by sealing bars.
Oil and Fat Filling
The butter filling machine OLAF has many strengths. For example, changing the packaging format is very easy. The box height is automatically adjustable to avoid splashing. When a box or bucket is placed in the OLAF, it will be lifted to the correct height to avoid splashing. The machine does a tare weight correction and then starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket. Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the precisely measured, accurate quantity is reached. After it has reached its correct weight it is discharged. In addition the machine is completely executed in stainless steel.
