These systems are designed to place products vertically and in an organized arrangement into cases or trays. Products can be fed into the system in a horizontal position, then grouped in a controlled manner and turned vertically according to the required packing pattern before being transferred into the final packaging. This process enables careful handling of delicate or shape-sensitive products while ensuring a neat and space-efficient arrangement inside the case or tray.
Case Filling Machines for Horizontal and Vertical Product Presentation
These flexible packaging solutions enable products to be filled into cases or trays in both horizontal and vertical orientations within the same system. For horizontal presentation, products are fed horizontally, precisely positioned and transferred into the packaging using the gravity principle. For vertical presentation, products remain in a horizontal position during feeding, grouping and filling, helping maintain an even distribution of the product contents before the final vertical arrangement is created inside the packaging. This configuration allows different packing patterns to be handled on the same machine.
Tray / Cover
These systems are designed to automatically form flat cardboard blanks into trays or covers. The blanks are fed into the machine, folded according to the required format and glued to create ready-to-use packaging components. Depending on the application, the system can be configured either for tray forming or for producing covers to be applied over trays. Suitable for different carton sizes and packaging formats, these machines can be integrated with filling and closing solutions within the packaging line.
