Sleeve Wrappers

The range of sleeve wrapping machines is made up of models with perpendicular or in-line drive and specific models with product grouper and / or stacker. Sleeve wraping machines are state-of-the-art units, designed to wrap products or batches of products with shrink polyethylene film. Starting in all cases with two foil reels as wrapping material, one upper and one lower, the product is tubularly wrapped with this shrink material and sent to a heat chamber. Through heat, the film is shrink-wrapped so that the final finish is a protected and compact package.

Shrink Tunnels

BELCA tunnels are models with one or more chambers and roller, mesh or modular conveyors to meet any production or work volume need. Shrink tunnels are normally machines associated with other bagging units and whose mission is to shrink the plastic dispensed by the previous unit, almost always in the form of a bag or sleeve. They have an upper hood opening system which allows easy adjustment of the interior air flows and quick cleaning.
